Our Executive Coaching is carried out on a 'one to one' basis and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual concerned.Our methods are based on applied NLP and make use of our 360 degree feedback forms, Personal Profiling instruments, S3i coaching system, and the BMC goal setting contract form.
A typical coaching programme would involve working half a day, once a month with the person for six months.
