:: George Boulden ::
George Boulden is a Certified Management Consultant and Managing Director of BMC. He started his career as a trainee chartered accountant before moving into purchasing and materials management in the Electronics industry. He has been a consultant since 1988 and as well as being a qualified NLP Master practitioner he is well-versed in accelerated learning techniques. He has run major programmes for Orange, Motorola, Boots, GE Capital and Standard Chartered Bank and is an associate lecturer at the London Business School on their in-company programmes.

:: Martin Brooks ::
Martin Brooks began his career in Sales after graduating in Business and Finance. He won "Sales Consultant of the year" in his first company less than two years later. Before working as a consultant he was very successful first as a sales person and then in sales management in both B2C and then negotiating deals in B2B industries. Martin now uses his in-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation to deliver highly successful training programmes. As a Master practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) he is committed to the idea that training can only be judged successful when trainees actively apply the information imparted and given his NLP Coaching Certification is especially expert in mentoring others to utilise the material taught back in the work place. Martin has run programmes for such organisations the London Business School, HSBC, Norwich Union, Cancer Research, Vodafone and Cisco.

:: Margaret Davies ::
Margaret Davies is a Business Psychologist and consultant with experience of working with clients across the private and public sector. Prior to training as a psychologist, she worked as a senior marketing manager in large organisations, including Microsoft. Her work includes organisational development; culture change; developing leadership and management capability; designing assessment centres and career development programmes. Margaret relishes challenging assignments and her personal strengths include her ability to inspire individuals and groups, at all levels within organizations, to develop their potential at work.
Margaret is able to help build trust and openness between individuals and teams whilst negotiating complex organisational dynamics. These competencies make her a very effective agent for change. Margaret has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, London, is an affiliate of the Exeter Centre of Leadership Studies and a member of the BPS Special Group in Occupational and Coaching Psychology. Level A & B trained, she has access to a wide variety of Psychometric Instruments.

:: Tom Forster ::
Tom Forster offers 'one to one' coaching to senior executives and business leaders. He also deals with the HR consultancy and strategy aspects of BMC programmes. He began his working life in Science where he gained a PhD before switching to Human Resources, where his first role was with Perkin Elmer before moving to Amersham (now GE Healthcare) then SKF (now Glaxo Smith Kline.) He then went on to hold senior HR roles in Citibank, GE Insurance, Liberty Re and QBE. Tom is a seasoned HR professional who has successfully tackled the needs of businesses undergoing change and restructuring. An experienced coach Tom is also a member of the Institute of Personal Development and the IOD, he has also sat on employment tribunals.

:: Roy Johnson ::
Roy Johnson specialises in executive coaching and as such he is expert in giving advice, guidance and support to directors and managers in blue chip companies, public organisations and SMEs. Before starting in consultancy he worked as a senior manager in Xerox. Roy is a certified master practitioner and trainer of NLP, and holds an MBA, a post-graduate certificate in coaching and certificates in solution focused counselling. His clients include the British Museum, CSR, Dairy Crest, HBOS, Greencore, Transport for London and Vodafone. He is the author of five published books, including ones on coaching, influence and NLP.

:: Andrew Jones ::
Andrew Jones is a highly skilled facilitator and he is particularly well known for developing bespoke events for groups and teams. These events can include team development, team 'repair work' and assisting teams to address their strategic issues (including management of change.) His expertise encompasses many areas of Leadership, Management, Talent Management and Professional Development. Andrew is a qualified coach and a member of the Association of Career Professionals (ACP). An experienced consultant his work has taken him throughout the UK, to several European countries, and also to the USA, Middle East, Singapore, China and Japan. He has carried out assignments for many blue chip organisations including: Disney, Deutsche Bank, Shell, BP, Barclays Bank, Novartis, AXA, BAE Systems, and the MOD.

:: Beryl Lyndley ::
Beryl Lyndley is one of only a handful of Master Trainers of NLP working in the UK, as such she is an expert in communications skills, coaching and negotiation training. In addition she has a masters degree in Organisational Studies and has co-authored the best selling book 'NLP in 21 days'. During her career Beryl has held the post of Training Director of the faculty of counselling at Leeds University and has run the training department of a major UK charity. She has also lectured for the Nuffield Centre and the Bradford Management Centre. She has been a consultant for the past twenty years .

:: Sarah Maggs ::
Sarah Maggs started her career with the Ford Motor Company where she held a number of roles encompassing employee relations, recruitment and organisation development. She has twenty years experience in Human Resources and has held senior positions in the manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Sarah was Group Head of Talent Management for Orange where she successfully implemented a talent programme across thirteen countries for the top two hundred senior executives. In addition she has designed and implemented assessment centres, performance management systems, succession planning processes and change management programmes. Sarah holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. In addition she is a qualified career counsellor and executive coach.

:: Yvonne Marsden ::
Yvonne Marsden graduated in Economics and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London. She then enjoyed a very successful career in many commercial finance roles within Diageo plc. Yvonne was Finance and Logistics Director for Guinness Europe, focusing on increasing profitability and cashflow whilst providing high quality customer service to more than thirty markets. Since then she has worked as a consultant, advising and guiding companies on all aspects of accounting and finance. Her clients range from a niche academic publishing company, to a major high street retailer. A highly experienced and knowledgeable finance professional Yvonne is the lead consultant on all BMC 'finance for non financial managers' courses, programmes and workshops. She is also our lead coach for issues concerned with commercial matters e.g. mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and new business ventures.

:: Alison Matthias ::
Alison Matthias has over 12 years experience in new business roles. She began her career arranging new business meetings for consultants and training professionals. She then went to work in Australia where she recruited, developed and trained in-house phone based new business teams for Australian finance companies. Upon returning to the UK Alison has been involved in arranging sponsorship deals for an international conferencing organisation, new business and training for a city based training organisation and most recently developing specific coaching and training techniques for professionals in telephone based new business positions. A highly experienced and knowledgeable trainer Alison is the lead consultant on BMC telephone based sales courses.

:: Stuart McAdam ::
Stuart McAdam is an experienced HR professional and executive coach. He specialises in 'one to one' coaching and personal development with senior executives and working with leadership teams to improve their effectiveness. He is a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a FRSA. He has trained as a coach with the School of Coaching and the Tavistock Institute. He is the author of 'Executive Coaching' and various articles on management topics. Stuart began his career in front line HR in the engineering sector and subsequently worked as a lecturer and in policy roles at both the CBI and the Local Government Employers' organisation, LACSAB. He spent eight years in management consulting, principally with KPMG. He then became Group HR Director at M & G Re and subsequently Executive Board Member for HR at Swiss Re Life & Health. He also worked as HR Director for GE SeaCo the global container leasing business.

:: Denise Parker ::
Denise Parker is a certified trainer of NLP and a member of the IOD. Before entering into consultancy Denise lead a successful career in blue chip organisations for 14 years. She is driven by her mission to inspire people to be their best and has a passion for helping people fulfil their true potential and transform the impact they have in life and in business. Assignments include many 1:1 coaching clients and a range of projects with large corporations, small businesses and entrepreneurs. She has run programmes for AXA, Allied Dunbar, Institute of Management, Sainsbury's, Shell Chemicals and Central Government.

:: Ali Plowright ::
Ali Plowright is an NLP trainer, a qualified psychotherapist and a certified coach. She works as a consultant, trainer and coach specialising in the area of change and management development. Ali has held two Board positions within medium sized companies, both in HR/ Personnel. Ali has also contributed to the Coaching programme at Derby University and as well as her assignments in industry works extensively in the NHS.

:: Andrew Weston ::
Andrew Weston is an experienced business psychologist and consultant. His early career involved work with Natwest Bank in small business and corporate lending, with skills and experience gained in business consulting, investment analysis and working with organisations to achieve sustainable growth. He has worked for a number of Blue Chip companies with responsibility for the design and delivery of leadership development, performance management and other organisational development initiatives. In addition to his UK work Andrew has undertaken assignments in South-East Asia and the USA and has run major programmes for LloydsTSB Group, AXA plc, the BBC and the Department for Work and Pensions. Andrew has a Masters in Occupational Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and is a founder member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching. Level A and B+ trained, he has access to a large selection of psychometric tools that are used to help individuals look at their strengths, weaknesses, motivations, values.

:: Andrew Whiteley ::
Andrew Whiteley read Economics at Leeds University before embarking on a successful career as an Army officer where in addition to leadership and management, he specialised in logistics, serving in the UK, Germany and the Balkans. After leaving the Army, Andrew became an interim manager and has had assignments covering retail management, marketing and logistics. Andrew specialises in leadership and management development training and is a certified NLP Practitioner.

:: Caroline Wynn ::
Caroline Wynn has extensive experience of designing and implementing creative development solutions to maximise business performance. She began her career as a graduate trainee with Ford Motor Co thrown in at the deep end on the engine line in Dagenham! She has since worked for several global organisations, particularly within the financial services sector. She is an experienced coach and facilitator working at individual and team level to increase capability and performance and realise potential. Caroline has a particular interest in the design and implementation of Assessment & Development Centres, Talent Management and leadership solutions that deliver a real return on investment. Caroline has a degree in politics, a diploma in management and an MBA. She is also licensed to utilise a range of psychometric tools including MBTi, OPQ, Insights and 16PF.
