Marc Klainer a un master en politique économique et sociale. Il a également une agrégation en sciences sociales ce qui lui permet d'exercer une charge d'enseignant en sciences sociales. Il a commencé sa carrière dans le secteur social avant de travailler durant 10 ans dans le secteur public. Pendant deux ans, il a eu des fonctions de management dans une association internationale dédiée à l'esprit d'entreprendre. Depuis 2000, il est consultant en ressources humaines dans le domaine des softs skills (formation, intervention et coaching).

Il est également maître-praticien en PNL et a un postbaccalauréat en médiation. :: Christiane Kölsch-Bisanzio ::

Christiane Kölsch-Bisanzio, deutsche Rechtsanwaeltin, begann ihre Karriere in Human Resources 1999 in London. Im Jahre 2002 wechselte Christiane zu der General Electric Company (GE). Hier begann sie mit Europaeischen HR Rollen und wurde schnell Globale Personalleiterin. Waehrend ihrer Zeit bei GE gab Christiane eine Reihe von Trainingskursen, ua das "Change Acceleration Programm" auch CAP genannt und sie erreichte im Bereich Qualitaets-Sicherung bereits im ersten Jahr den GE "Green Belt". Christiane Kölsch-Bisanzio is a qualified German lawyer who started her career in Human Resources in London 1999. In 2002 she joined the General Electric Company (GE) where she worked in a number of European and Global HR roles. During this time Christiane ran a number of GE management trainings and became qualified in running the Change Acceleration Programmes (CAP) as well as passing her Quality training Green Belt exam and qualifying to run MyersBriggs (MBTI) workshops.
