Training evaluation

Participants attend a one-day review workshop, some four months after the course, during which they give a five-minute talk on how they developed their skills as a result of the training. These talks are based on using the BMC Review Template, which specifically asks the participants to give examples of where they have used the tools and to discuss how they have increased revenue or reduced costs as a result of the training. Senior managers are encouraged to sit in on these sessions.

Participants will also be asked to take an open book test (or learning review) so that they can demonstrate that their knowledge has improved. The day also includes additional case studies and coaching to reinforce the key messages still further.
