Boulden 3-Day Courses are are usually for more senior managers, or for people who want (or need) to gain an in-depth appreciation of what it takes to perform really well in a given subject area; be that management, negotiation or sales. These sessions give people the time to fully assimilate the underpinning knowledge required for success and allow 'space' for practising both basic and advanced skills to a high level.
3-Day Workshops are focussed on management skills with a couple of extra topics:
Courses on managing individual employees, managing and leading teams, and NLP for managers.
A course on Mastering Financial Negotiations
