Corporate Social Responsibility Policy Statement

Introduction

This Statement is about how Boulden Management Consultants takes account of its economic, social and environmental impact in the way it operates as a business. We aim to align our business values, purpose and strategy with the needs of our clients, whilst embedding such responsible and ethical principles into everything we do.

Environment

We take all reasonable steps to manage our operations so as to minimise our environmental impact and promote good environmental practice. We will seek to find innovations to deliver balanced sustainable solutions. Where possible we will use alternative materials and methods to optimise the use of resources in collaboration with our clients and suppliers.

Our People

We are committed to equality of opportunity and an inclusive working environment where all employees and associates are treated equally with courtesy, dignity and respect and where everyone feels valued.

Local Community and Charitable Giving

We aim to ensure that our activities cause the minimum of disruption to our neighbours and their communities and, where practical, make a positive contribution to those communities. In addition, we make charitable donations to worthy causes and offer our employees the chance to be involved in community activities.

Clients and our supply chain

We work in partnership with our customers and supply chain to deliver our work on time, safely and with due regard to the environment. We ensure that all our advertising and documentation about the business and its activities are clear, informative, legal, decent, honest and truthful. And we listen to our clients and suppliers so that this can help us improve the products and services we offer to them.

Accountability

Every employee and associate of Boulden Management Consultants is expected to give their full co-operation to the above principles in their activities at work. Consultants or visitors are also expected to apply our environmental principles.

The effectiveness of the Policy Statement will be monitored and reviewed annually by the Directors to ensure the Company’s continuing compliance with any relevant legislation and to meet new business requirements and to identify areas in need of improvement.
