From the Stoics in Athens during the 3rd century BCE, to the Positive Psychology Centre at Pittsburgh University in the present day, ‘Resilience’ is a topic that has continued to fascinate people. This seminar draws on that experience to explore proven methods for coping with adversity.
This high impact, Sixty Minute Remote Seminar is in two parts; (i) a ‘hands on’ taster session of two of the key coaching techniques for developing resilience, namely Emotional Labelling and Cognitive Reframing, and (ii) a ‘self-assessment’ and ‘peer to peer’ micro coaching activity based on understanding your strengths and weaknesses as someone who coaches others to be more resilient.
The event is limited to a maximum of six people per session, so participants can feel free to ask the questions and explore the issues that are important to them.
Not only does the Sixty Minute, Remote Seminar provide you with the tools to be better equipped to manage yourself and your team through challenges of Remote Working and the lockdown, it also creates an opportunity to discuss how key skills can be integrated into the company’s culture. It can be run at your convenience as a: Breakfast Briefing, Lunch and Learn session, Teatime Training or Evening Class.
