Style and tone

Espresso sessions are run either in-house, or as a remote session, and last 90 minutes.

The mood during the workshop is relaxed, open and positive. Techniques taught are based on the latest scientific research.

Optional pre-work

There is the option for participants to complete a 20-minute e-learning module as pre-work, which means that more time can be spent on practise and role-play during the live session.
