Anyone who wants to understand how to get things done through personal contacts.

Style and tone

Espresso sessions are run in-house and last 90 minutes. The mood during the workshop is relaxed, open and positive. Techniques that are taught are based on the latest scientific research.

Optional pre-work

There is the option for participants to complete a 20-minute e-learning module as pre-work, which means that more time can be spent on practise and role-play during the live session.

Remote Training
